Tulane star running back Makhi Hughes is entering the transfer portal, ESPN reported Friday.A two-time selection to the All-American Athletic Conference first-team, Hughes has two years of eligibility remaining.Hughes rushed for 1,401 yards and 15 touchdowns in 14 games for the Green Wave (9-5) this season.
