Unsurprisingly, the 49ers are the biggest NFC favorites during wild-card weekend.

San Francisco is favored by 10 points against Seattle, who they’ve beaten twice already this season. Amazingly, the spread opened at -7.5, but quickly shot up to 10.

The 49ers beat Seattle 27-7 at Levi’s Stadium in the second game of the season, the same game that Trey Lance sustained a season-ending injury. SF beat them again in December with Brock Purdy at the helm in Seattle, this time in a closer contest, 21-13.

San Francisco hasn’t played Seattle in the postseason since the Jim Harbaugh era in 2013, when the Seahawks beat the 49ers in an epic 23-17 contest.

Though the 49ers are the biggest opening weekend favorites in the NFC, the Bills are the biggest favorites overall, with their line vs. the Dolphins set at -10.5.

The other spreads are the Chargers -1.5 over the Jaguars, the Vikings -3 over the Giants, the Bengals -6 over the Ravens and the Cowboys -3 over the Buccaneers. The Chargers and the Cowboys are the only two road favorites.
