Nick Bosa will get a chance to sack Tom Brady.

The 49ers’ star defensive end and the NFL’s leader in sacks at 14.5 on the season did not practice this week with a hamstring injury. But Bosa, like other key players on San Francisco like Deebo Samuel, Trent Williams and George Kittle, is in the category of player who doesn’t need to practice to play on Sunday.

He is active for, and needs one sack on Brady and the Buccaneers to tie his own single-season career high of 15.5 sacks, which he had last season.

Below is the 49ers inactives list:

  • QB Jimmy Garoppolo (foot)
  • RB Ty Davis-Price
  • DB Tarvarius Moore (knee)
  • LB Curtis Robinson
  • OL Nick Zakelj
  • TE Ross Dwelley
  • DT Hassan Ridgeway (pectoral)

One surprise is that rookie running back Ty Davis-Price is inactive. Tevin Coleman has been activated from the practice squad, which is a likely indication Coleman will be used on special teams, with Jordan Mason getting an increased role in the offense.

For Tampa Bay, star right tackle Tristan Wirfs will miss out, along with both starting safeties and a key corner:

  • QB Kyle Trask
  • TE Kyle Rudolph
  • WR Breshad Perriman
  • CB Sean Murphy-Bunting (quad)
  • S Antoine Winfield (hamstring)
  • S Mike Edwards (ankle)
  • T Tristan Wirfs (ankle, knee)

It’s a situation where the 49ers enter as the decidedly healthier team. Bosa was their only questionable player and is healthy, while Tampa loses three starters and a key corner.
