The Warriors now have three players in the health and safety protocol, and four who will be unavailable for Thursday’s matchup vs. the Grizzlies.
Guard Damion Lee is the latest to be added to the list according to Adrian Wojnarowski, joining backcourt mates Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins. Poole has been out since Dec 14., while Wiggins has been out since Dec. 17.
Golden State will also be without Andre Iguodala on Thursday, as he deals with swelling in his knee.
This would appear to be the second time Lee has tested positive for COVID-19. The guard had a rough bout of it earlier this year that ended his 2020-21 season. Lee missed the final 14 games of the season.
