Klay Thompson seems to be progressing nicely from the torn ACL he sustained in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on June 13. Video surfaced of Thompson knocking down a handful of 3-point jumpers during a fundraiser in the Bay Area on Wednesday. Always the showman, Thompson got the crowd into it before letting fly.

Thompson is not expected to be healthy enough to return until February or March, but it’s nice to see that he is already able to knock down shots with relative ease. Thompson is one of the NBA’s most durable iron men and hasn’t missed a single postseason game (123) throughout his eight-year career.
With that in mind, don’t be surprised if Thompson is ready to go much earlier than expected next season.
