Bill Laskey & Ryan Covay are back with another installment of “Grades from the Cove”, a weekly San Francisco Giants report card podcast. The Giants went 4-3 on the week, splitting four in New York vs the Mets and taking two of three vs the Rangers. They also got the news that Buster Posey will need season ending surgery with an expected rehab of 6-8 months. Bill and Ryan discuss some of the bright spots but also delve into the lack of hitting and whether or not its time for a shift in the organizational philosophy of building a team on starting pitching and defense.
