Iguodala has X-rays, upgraded to questionable for Game 4

Initially listed as doubtful for Tuesday’s Game 4, Warriors forward Andre Iguodala has been upgraded to questionable after X-rays showed no structural damage in his left knee.

Iguodala appeared to injure the knee in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s Game 3 while defending a James Harden drive.

The Warriors will now have to weigh the risk-reward of playing Iguodala on the sore knee, or resting the 34-year old considering there are no more extended breaks during the series. Golden State will get only one day of rest before Thursday’s Game 5 in Houston, during which they will take a two time zone flight.

If Iguodala does indeed miss Game 4, it increases the likelihood that guards Nick Young and Quinn Cook will play extended minutes on Tuesday.

Through three games in the series, Iguodala is averaging 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists in just over 27 minutes per game. The Warriors have been +32 with Iguodala on the floor.
