OAKLAND — Barry Bonds sat courtside for fellow Bay Area sports legend Stephen Curry’s postseason return on Tuesday night. After Curry stole the show by scoring 28 points in just 26 minutes, Bonds bowed and then shared an embrace with the two time MVP on the floor of Oracle Arena.

Curry was electric in his debut, hitting a 3-pointer just nine seconds after checking into the game late in the fourth quarter, and finished with a game-high plus-minus of +26. It was Curry’s first game action since March 8, when he suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain.

With Curry looking close to 100 percent, Golden State now heads to New Orleans with a 2-0 lead against the Pelicans. The Warriors are now 22-2 in the playoffs over the last two postseasons.
