Win a ring. Get a tat.
At least that was the case for Stephen Curry after winning his second championship in three seasons. Bay Area tattoo artist Nino Lapid was called in to the Curry residence on Tuesday night to give Stephen, along with his wife Ayesha, brother Seth, and father Dell some fresh ink.
Stephen got Hebrew letters on his left forearm, although the meaning of the new tat is unknown. It’s not the first tattoo for the two-time league MVP, who also has a Bible verse on his right wrist, also written in Hebrew.
Seth, a guard for the Dallas Mavericks joined in and, along with Dell, each got inked on their right forearms. Ayesha – who already had a matching tattoo with Stephen that signifies staying in the moment – also got some new ink, although the location is unclear. The Mercury News reported that Andre Iguodala was in attendance as well.
