Draughn, 29, scored six touchdowns for the 49ers last season, with four rushing and two receiving.

Draughn isn’t the only 49ers free agent on the move. Wide receiver Quinton Patton officially signed a deal with the New York Jets on Thursday. Linebacker Gerald Hodges is also not expected to be retained by the 49ers, and reportedly visited with the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Of the 49ers’ 20 players that hit free agency in early March, only wide receiver Jeremy Kerley and defensive tackle Chris Jones have been re-signed by the team.
