OAKLAND – In Steph Curry’s last two years playing against his hometown Charlotte Hornets, the PG is averaging just under 35 ppg and shooting over 60% from beyond the arc.
The game also has added meaning for Steph, as his father Del Curry is currently the color commentator for the Hornets home broadcast team.
Steph had another huge game Wednesday night in front of his dad, finishing with 39 points and 11 made long distance shots. He talked about why he likes playing in front of his father following the Warriors’ 126-111 win.
