After being moved out of the 49ers front office earlier this month, former GM Trent Baalke is looking to move out of his multi-million dollar home.

Baalke has listed his San Jose home for $3.298 million according to the Los Angeles Times. Baalke purchased the home four years ago for $2.55 million according to public records.

The two-story country club property, built in 2013, sits next to an adjacent golf course, and features approximately 5,400 square feet of living space. The home includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a walk-in wine cellar that can hold up around 1,000 bottles.

The property also features an outdoor kitchen equipped with a pizza oven, kegerator, two fire pits and a bocce ball course.

Baalke, 52, was officially fired along with Chip Kelly on January 1, after overseeing a team that won seven games over the last two seasons. Baalke had been with the organization since 2005, and was the team’s GM since 2011. Baalke previously held scouting positions with the Redskins and Jets from 1998-2004.

In December, Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea reported that multiple sources said Baalke was likely to join the Denver Broncos front office this offseason. As of now, there haven’t been any updates as to a possible landing spot for Baalke since his firing.

Greg Simpson of Keller Williams Bay Area Estates holds the listing of Baalke’s property.
