After rolling his ankle against the Lakers last Friday in Los Angeles, he missed the Warriors’ next game in Minnesota, and was listed as questionable against Atlanta on Monday night.
Thursday morning at shootaround, Green said his ankle feels great now, but he probably should’ve stayed on the bench against the Hawks.
That would have been a shame for the Warriors, because Green came up big at home against Atlanta. When the team was up only four points with less than a minute left in the game, Green had two monster blocks to help the Warriors hold on to their NBA-leading 12th straight win.
