Warriors forward Kevin Durant is starting to get settled in the Bay Area. He’s investing in Silicon Valley companies, he’s preparing for training camp to start. But there’s one thing he hasn’t done yet: Attend a Giants game.
Durant will check that off his list on Friday, and he’ll be throwing out the first pitch, according to the Bay Area News Group’s Anthony Slater.
What better way to get acquainted with Warriors fans than to attend a Giants game at AT&T Park? He better have some garlic fries, too.
By the way, Durant is a Washington Nationals fan, which could be the team the Giants face in the postseason. Durant has always been a staunch supporter of his Washington teams, so don’t expect him to wear black and orange in the postseason if Bryce Harper comes to town.
Kevin Durant is throwing out the first pitch tonight before the Giants-Cardinals game in SF.
