A teacher in Indianapolis has decided to teach his students a moral lesson based on Kevin Durant’s decision to leave Oklahoma City for the Warriors this offseason.

Tucker Hein, who is a 9th-grade algebra teacher and Oklahoma University alum, is using Durant’s move as a way to motivate students not to “take the easy way out” or “walk away from a challenge.” He tweeted a picture of the “no KD zone” in his classroom on the eve of his first day of class, and the photo proceeded to make the rounds on social media.

Mr. Hein’s Twitter account is now protected, but the proof is already out there:

Durant is certainly not “quitting” on the game of basketball or his quest to win a championship. But, as a scorned Thunder fan, Hein is likely understandably upset by KD’s departure from the Sooner state after failing to win a title or overcome the Warriors in this year’s Western Conference Finals.
