In Team USA’s second exhibition game before heading to Rio for the Summer Olympics, Clippers and Lakers fans didn’t hold back when expressing their sentiment towards the Warriors players representing the United States.
On Sunday night’s game against China, Draymond Green and newly signed Warrior Kevin Durant both received their fair share of boos during pregame introductions. Durant finished the game with 19 points, leading Team USA in scoring for the second straight game.
Hard to tell who got booed louder during Team USA intros: Kevin Durant or Draymond Green.

Durant and the Warriors have been the target of endless scrutiny since he signed with Golden State this offseason. In an interview after the game with Greg Beacham of the Associated Press, Durant said, “The crowd here tonight was great, so hopefully it’s just as good at Oracle.”
The 2013-14 NBA MVP also shrugged off the boos, saying he didn’t hear the noise. He is sure to receive a warm welcome on Tuesday when he has his first chance to play in front of Warriors fans as Team USA takes on China at Oracle Area for a second time.
