Dennis Green, who coached for both the Stanford Cardinal and San Francisco 49ers, has died of cardiac arrest at the age of 67.
Former Vikings and Cardinals coach Dennis Green died early this morning after suffering cardiac arrest, per friend Ray Anderson. He was 67.

Green coached the Stanford running backs from 1977-78, was their offensive coordinator in 1980 and returned as head coach from 1989-91. Green started with the 49ers as a special teams coach in 1979 and led the wide receivers from 1986-88.
