Former Warrior Tim Hardaway to be inducted into Basketball Hall of Fame [report]

Former Warriors guard Tim Hardaway will reportedly be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame this summer.

Hardaway, a five-time All-Star played six of his 13 seasons with Golden State. With the Warriors, he made up one-third of the Run-TMC teams alongside Hall of Famers Chris Mullin and Mitch Richmond.

NBC Sports Bay Area’s Monte Poole was the first to report Hardaway getting the nod.

In his career, Hardaway averaged 17.7 points and 8.2 assists per game. The six-foot floor general made five All-NBA teams, including First Team in 1997.

Other members of the 2022 Hall of Fame class reportedly include Manu Ginobili, George Karl, Swin Cash and Bob Huggins. Ginobili will be enshrined in his first year on the ballot.

The induction ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 10 in Springfield, Mass.
