The Warriors dropped one they could’ve won on Wednesday, and now the outlook for Thursday isn’t very promising.
Stephen Curry and Draymond Green won’t make the trip to Phoenix, given the night off for rest on the back end of a back-to-back vs. the Suns, as first reported by Anthony Slater.
Sources: Draymond Green and Steph Curry will not play against the Suns tonight. Neither made the trip to Phoenix. Rest for Curry, recovery day for Green’s sore ankle ahead of All-Star break.

The news will likely mean a lot of James Wiseman, who played sparingly in Wednesday’s loss to Portland, and Jordan Poole, who was recently called up after dominating the G-League bubble. With Brad Wanamaker struggling as the backup point guard, a strong performance from Poole could put him in position to take over that role after the All-Star break.
The Warriors enter Thursday’s game on a two-game losing streak, the last minute loss to Portland preceded by a blowout loss to the Lakers on Sunday.
