Good news on the Stephen Curry ankle front. At least for now.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said that Curry is feeling “pretty good” after tweaking his ankle at the end of Wednesday’s loss to the Clippers, but that he wasn’t sure of specifics due to the veterans not doing court work on Thursday. He did say that Curry is probable for Friday’s rematch.
The Warriors will need Curry’s best on Friday as he will face the swarming Clippers defense that double- and sometimes triple-teamed him throughout Wednesday’s contest.
After averaging 46 points in the two games prior, Curry scored just 13 points on 5-of-10 from the field.
