Deebo Samuel was tested for performance-enhancing substances again. And yet again, we was less than thrilled. Samuel had tweeted November 9 that he’d been tested five times despite playing three games.

Samuel has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury, but said he returned to practice and was immediately tested again. It’s unclear if he was referring to practicing on Monday and being tested then, or whether he was tested on Tuesday.
He shared a video on his Instagram story on Monday from the 49ers’ account showing himself “back to work” catching passes. He has missed six games total, with his four appearances from Weeks 4 through 7 sandwiched between three absences on either side.
First day back to practice and another PED test there’s no way y’all just be randomly picking my name ??♂️

Earlier in the day, K’Waun Williams, the 49ers’ nickel corner who is expected to be out for most, if not all of the remainder of the season with a high ankle sprain, violated the NFL’s performance-enhancing substance policy and was suspended for two games without pay. Williams is a free agent this offseason.
