Talk about adding salt to the wound…
Things went south quickly for the Giants on Friday night. San Francisco took a 5-run lead into the top of the ninth inning against their Bay Area rivals but were unable to close the deal. Trevor Gott gave up five runs, Oakland pushed another run across in the 10th, and San Francisco could not answer.
Enter Dave Kaval.
Just minutes after the comeback the president of the Athletics tweeted out that his team would be trolling the city of San Francisco at noon on Sunday with a bandwagon down Market Street.
Hey @SFGiants fans. The @Athletics will be sending a bandwagon down Market street tomorrow at high noon. Feel free to jump on! ??? #BayBridgeSeries pic.twitter.com/ViqzGq3IRq

Kaval is no stranger to trolling Giants fans.
Last year he started a program where people could trade in a Giants hat for a new A’s one. He also made parking for Giants fans $20 more during games at Oakland unless they yelled “Go A’s”.
Just last month he suggested Giants fans could buy cutouts for the Oakland Coliseum that would be placed in the “Seagull zone where the birds can perform target practice”.
