This is not how Los Angeles and Las Vegas wanted to rock on Friday night.
A 6.9-magnitude earthquake was recorded in Southern California, briefly pausing the Dodgers-Padres game and bringing the Vegas Summer League to a stop as well.

Footage from the games shows a shaking camera and uneasy broadcasters as those in the field and on the court try to play through the tremors.
“How are they continuing to play baseball?” the Dodgers broadcast asked before play was halted.
