Stephen Curry went down with a scary, non-contact ankle injury during Tuesday’s game vs. the Pelicans. He exited the game shortly after and did not return.

Afterwards, Steve Kerr provided an encouraging update on Curry’s status according to Anthony Slater.
“We think he’ll be fine,” Kerr said, adding that he was confident Curry will be able to play in this weekend’s playoff opener.

Slater also posted a video of Curry leaving the arena with his ankle taped. He did not appear to be limping.

Until Tuesday, Curry had avoided any ankle issues this season. His lone injury was a groin injury sustained early in the season.
