Sherman, two Bears ejected after throwing punches following late hit

SANTA CLARA – Things got a bit hairy late in the 49ers-Bears game on Sunday, after 49ers defensive back Marcell Harris hit Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky as he was sliding.

In the 4th quarter, Nick Mullens threw an interception that tipped off the hands of Marquise Goodwin. Following the turnover, the 49ers defense looked like they were going to hold solid, but Trubisky scrambled to his left on a 3rd and 5 and got the first down.

As he did, Trubisky slid and Harris hit the Bears young quarterback right in front of the Chicago sideline, resulting in a wild scrum between the two teams

Immediately Bears wide receiver Anthony Miller screamed in and pushed Harris over, and the rest of the Bears bench jumped into the fray. Both sides exchanged pleasantries, and when the dust had settled Richard Sherman, Miller and Chicago wide receiver Joshua Bellamy were all ejected from the game.
