Yes you read that right.
For $100, the Warriors giving fans access to Oracle Arena for an entire month’s worth of games. The catch? You don’t get a seat, access to the seating bowl, or a view of the court. The team says fans that purchase the “In the Building Pass” will have access to the arena’s bars and restaurants, and will be able to watch the game on televisions throughout the arena.
According to ESPN, the team is offering 200 such passes each month during the regular season starting in November, with the passes automatically rolling over each month through April.
The Warriors are in their final season at Oracle Arena, and currently have 44,000 people on their season ticket waiting list, according to ESPN. This is believed to be the first time that a team has offered fans access to their building without giving them a view of the action.
The Warriors will play for their 300th consecutive sold out crowd vs. the Hawks on Tuesday night.
