Marshawn Lynch has been talking trash for a long time, and it isn’t only reserved for his opponents.
Late in the fourth quarter with the Raiders nursing a three-point lead, Derek Carr dropped a screen pass to Cordarrelle Patterson who took it 59 yards to help ice the game for Oakland.

Giants Safety Landon Collins made a diving tackle to prevent Patterson from scoring on the play. After the game, Patterson said Lynch gave it to him for getting caught from behind.
“He almost got caught but he scored a touchdown, and I got caught and I didn’t score,” Patterson said. “So he gave me a lot of crap for that one.”
The 31-year-old running back has found a new (old) home in Oakland with the Raiders, and had his best game of the year Sunday against the visiting New York Giants. In fact Lynch had tallied his season-high in rushing yards for a game at the half after he ripped off a 51-yard touchdown run on Oakland’s first drive of the game.
“Marshawn was super tired, man,” Patterson said of Lynch’s touchdown run. “He was way more tired than I was. But he got a touchdown. At the end of the day, he got a touchdown.”
