The Tampa Bay Buccaneers might be the organization featured on this year’s installment of HBO’s Hard Knocks, but they won’t the the only NFL team revealing behind-the-scenes footage from training camp.
The San Francisco 49ers announced on Sunday the unveiling of their own show entitled Brick by Brick: All Access with the San Francisco 49ers to be released this Thursday.

The 49ers had an incredibly busy off-season, bringing in a new general manager and head coach as well as a handful of veteran free agents in an attempt to partially overhaul an operation that won two games last season and hasn’t had a winning record since 2013. The show will likely give fans a unique look at how the new pieces are falling into place, and and a better understanding of the tendencies and leadership styles of Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch.
The show seems to be a continuation of a trend being pushed by Lynch to provide more access for fans, and establish a culture of openness that has not exactly been the 49ers’ M.O. under Jed York. The team also moved seating so fans can be closer to the action during training camp.
