After 530 straight games, AT&T Park’s official sellout streak has finally come to an end.

Since September 30, 2010, the Giants had consecutively sold out every home game at AT&T Park. Monday night’s crowd of 39,538 ended that run. It was the second-longest streak in major league history, just after the Boston Red Sox’s 820 game streak that ended in 2013.
Despite their dismal season, the Giants are still on pace to draw three million fans to the yard.
The Giants announced the end of the streak in the late stages of their Monday evening contest against the Cleveland Indians. San Francisco will have plenty of opportunities to start a new streak, as the team began a 10-game homestand on Monday and plays 18 of its next 23 games at AT&T Park, but with a 35-58 record and a 29-game deficit in the National League West standings, the Giants could be hard-pressed to sell tickets for the remainder of the season.
