Despite three full days of rest between Games 2 and 3 of the Western Conference Finals, Spurs star forward Kawhi Leonard did not sound confident that’d he’ll be ready to return come Saturday evening.
Leonard told reporters that he is still questionable to play on his left ankle, but that he did not practice Friday.

“I’m not sure, I mean, it’s still not ready,” Leonard told Anthony Slater of the Bay Area News Group. “It’s just questionable for tomorrow. I could be feeling way better. We’ll see tomorrow.”
“Just seeing if I can run and at least be myself on the court,” Leonard said. “Don’t want to hobble around or shoot off balance shots. Just want to be able to push with both legs. Just that, really.”
Leonard missed the last 20 minutes of Game 1 and all of Game 2 after re-aggravating the ankle injury.
