The Golden State Warriors announced Thursday morning that Kevin Durant has been cleared to return to full-team practices, and that he is expected to return to the court for Saturday’s home game against the Pelicans, barring any setbacks. The update confirms an earlier report from ESPN’s Marc Stein.

The Warriors have a full practice scheduled for Thursday and will hold a light shoot around on Friday morning before the game. Durant has been at practice for the better part of two weeks during his rehab, but has not participated in full team drills since his injury on February 28.
Durant will rejoin the team at a time when they are playing arguably their best basketball of the season, winning their 13th consecutive game Wednesday night. Durant will use the Warriors’ three remaining games (all at home against the Pelicans, Jazz and Lakers) as a tune up for the first round of the NBA Playoffs which begin on April 15.
