Just an hour after news broke that former 49ers kicker Phil Dawson is reportedly signing with the Arizona Cardinals, Alex Flanagan of NFL Network is reporting that the 49ers have agreed to terms with former Giants kicker Robbie Gould.

After being signed midseason by the Giants following the release of Josh Brown, Gould, 35, went 10-for-10 on field goals, and 20-for-23 on extra points. Gould just completed his 12th season, after spending the first 11 years of his career with the Chicago Bears.
Gould is a one time Pro Bowler and made the All-Pro team in 2006.
