Fire alarm goes off before Kevin Durant’s postgame press conference

OAKLAND – Wednesday night the Golden State Warriors cruised to a 123-92 victory of the Chicago Bulls, shooting 55.8 percent from the field on 48-of-86 field goals. The team was so hot, in fact, that they set the fire alarm off before Kevin Durant’s postgame press conference.

Well…maybe that wasn’t the reason the alarm went off, but it did cause a delay to the start of Kevin Durant’s podium trip.

This isn’t the first time a fire alarm has caused an issue with a Warriors player. Last year during an interview on NBATV, Klay Thompson had to deal with a fire alarm going off in the background.

Thompson, of course, handled it like a pro. Durant could learn a thing or two from his teammate about blocking out the noise during an interview.
