When kids dress up as athletes for Halloween, the result is normally disappointing.
But that wasn’t the case in 2016.
The scooter is the best detail of the costume, and if you remember correctly, it was stolen from the Make-A-Wish Foundation last April, but later returned.
Pence said this to New York reporters on his look in October: “Not too many jobs you get the opportunity to look like a bum and have fun doing it.”
