All eyeballs will be on Colin Kaepernick today in Buffalo. Donning a Muhammad Ali t-shirt, Kaepernick is reminding the world his start today is about more than just football. There are also a few pregame tidbits to know:
-According to multiple national reports, the 49ers took out an insurance policy that would guarantee Kaepernick $7.5 million in case he does suffer a serious injury.
