It’s been a rough couple of days for former 49er Bruce Miller, and it looks like things just got a whole lot worse.
Miller is being charged with seven felonies and one misdemeanor after being arrested for assaulting two hotel guests, one a 70-year-old man, early Monday morning, according to a tweet by Matthias Gafni, an investigative reporter for the Bay Area News Group.

Prior to the incident Miller was thrown out of popular San Francisco restaurant, Tommy’s Joynt, after an allegedly drunken Miller got into a verbal altercation with some customers over a sandwich. Miller than made his way over to the hotel area and got agitated when he was informed there were no rooms available.
Miller was released by the 49ers shortly after the incident.
