Kevin Durant led Team USA with 23 points in a 111-74 blowout win over Argentina.

Durant went 7/12 from the field, 4/9 from three-point land and also added 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks.

Klay Thompson started alongside Durant and scored 9 points in his Olympic exhibition debut. Thompson struggled a bit from the field, going 3/11, but earned the praise of Jerry Colangelo, who said he might be the best two-way player in basketball.

Draymond Green came off the bench and corralled 3 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in 11 minutes of play. Paul George added 18 points; Carmelo Anthony scored 17. Former NBA-er Andress Nocioni led Argentina with 15 points.

Friday’s exhibition game took place in Las Vegas, before Team USA hits the road to face China in both Los Angeles and Oakland. Durant, Thompson and Green will all play on the same team for the first time at Oracle Arena on Tuesday.
