Las Vegas is not a fan of the 2016 San Francisco 49ers.
In odds released by CG Technology, the 49ers are not favored in any of their 16 games. The Cleveland Browns are the only other team in the NFL not favored in one game — and remember, the Browns beat the 49ers last season.
The embarrassing part of this is that NFL home teams generally are given three courtesy points off the bat. Even the sum of those parts couldn’t push the 49ers into being favored for at least one game. The Buccaneers, Saints and Jets games, all at Levi’s Stadium, have been deemed ‘Pick Em’s’ according to CG Technology. Also, the 49ers have 100/1 odds to win the Super Bowl. No other team in the NFC has worse odds.

Pro Football Focus compiled positional rankings for the entire league and both the 49ers’ quarterbacks and wide receivers checked in at 31st in the NFL. San Francisco’s secondary received the highest ranking on the team — 17th in the NFL.
You wonder if Chip Kelly will show these odds and positional rankings to his team before training camp? On one hand, it could be viewed as a motivating factor to prove the outside world wrong. On the other, it could be a dose of reality that cripples the team’s confidence, which is already shaky at best.
