People love Andrew Bogut because he keeps it real. Following Sunday’s 110-77 Game 2 win, Golden State’s center might’ve kept it a little too real.
After finishing up a postgame interview on NBA TV, Bogut decided to tease Shaq.
“There some ladies (inaudible) back in your trailer?” joked Bogut.
“Hey easy there!” Kenny Smith jested, as Shaq leaned back in his chair and put his arm around Bogut.
“Blonde? 21?” Bogut continued with the joke.
“Welcome to D’Angelo Russell studios,” jested Shaq, referencing the Lakers’ young guard who aired Nick Young’s affairs to the public. “The Australian office.”
There’s nothing like a little bit of awkward live television. Shaq’s a prankster, too. Bogut better watch his back during the Cleveland trip.
Bogut was a dominant force in Game 2, blocking six shots, four of them in the first quarter. He’s played inspired basketball ever since Steve Kerr publicly called him out after Game 4 of the Thunder series.
