UPDATE: Larry Baer released another statement on Friday evening.
“I am truly sorry for the pain that I have brought to my wife, children and to the organization. It is not reflective of the kind of a person that I aspire to be but it happened and I will do whatever it takes to make sure that I never behave in such an inappropriate manner again.”

A video captured by a bystander Friday morning showed San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer involved in a physical altercation with his wife, Pam. The video published by TMZ Sports shows Baer standing over his wife, who is sitting in a chair, as the two parties argue. Baer then appears to try to grab something out of her hand, dragging her to the ground in the process as she screams, ““Oh my God, no, help!”
Shortly after the video went viral, Larry and Pam Baer sent out an official statement:
“Regrettably today we had a heated argument in public over a family matter. We are deeply embarrassed by the situation and have resolved the issue.”
Major League Baseball also released a statement saying that they are investigating the incident.
